The second two charts (purple background) are for the month of March as compared to the previous two years. So, if you're thinking about selling an unimproved Martin Acres Ranch in South Boulder, the $700 to $800K hotspot isn't particularly relevant (Most homes in Martin Acres are valued from $300 to 400K and this segment looks strong).
